An EU authorised representative acts under a written mandate from the manufacturer, with responsibilities defined by the applicable European legislation. VectorAR provides a structured point of contact within the European Union, helping non-EU manufacturers manage their regulatory obligations and interactions with market surveillance authorities.

Management of access to the required declarations and technical documentation, in accordance with the applicable mandate.
A designated European contact to support requests and cooperation with competent authorities.
The manufacturer remains responsible for product conformity. An authorised representative mandate does not constitute product certification or automatically transfer the manufacturer’s obligations.
